基于DEA-MPI的12所临床医学中心效率动态分析

摘要

目的：对上海市临床医学中心2006-2010年效率变化进行动态分析，为进一步加强管理提供理论依据。方法：应用基于数据包络分析（DEA）方法的曼奎斯特生产率指数对决策单元相邻年度之间的效率变化进行动态分析。结果：临床医学中心整体效率恶化的数量增多，恶化程度增大，规模效率和技术水平是引起效率恶化的主要因素。结论：关注主要影响因素，提升整体效率，突出效率恶化个体，采取针对性措施。%Objective:To conduct a dynamic analysis on annual technical efficiency from 2006 to 2010 and to provide the evidence for further strengthening the management. Methods:The Malmquist Production Index(MPI) based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)was used to make a dynamic analysis on annual technical efficiency. Results:The results showed that overall efficiency was getting worse;the deteriorated level of individual efficiency increased,and scale efficiency and technical level were the main factors in causing the efficiency deterioration. Conclusion:It is necessary to pay attention to influencing factors,enhance overall efficiency,highlight the individual institutions with continued deterioration of the efficiency and adopt specific measures.
