随着城市高新科技园区的扩张与渗透,产城融合的必然趋势对功能社区的健康服务提出了新的要求.文章在阐述功能社区健康内涵和必要性的基础上,以上海市为例,剖析各高新科技园区功能社区健康服务的提供能力.结果显示,当前上海社区卫生服务机构的设置尚无法覆盖高新科技园区的职业人群,机构服务的供给与园区人群日渐增长的需求间的矛盾愈发突出.为提高功能社区的健康服务供给能力,研究提出应完善政府办医布点,丰富基层医疗卫生机构的服务提供方式,优化社会办医路径.%With the expansion and penetration of city hi-tech parks,industry-city integration becomes an inevitable trend in urban regions,which puts forward new requirements for functional community health services. Based on the definition and necessity of functional community health,this article analyzed the supply capacity of functional community for health services in hi-tech parks in Shanghai. Currently,the community healthcare institutions in Shanghai couldn't meet the demands of occupational people in hi-tech parks,and the gap between the supply capacity and the increasing health needs of occupational people was enlarged. It is suggested that the distribution for government-funded institutions be improved, the service provision types in basic medical institutions be multiplied,and pathways for social funded community healthcare institutions be optimized to improve the capacity of community healthcare institutions for health service provision.
