高血糖致偏侧舞蹈症的临床特点及发病机制研究进展

摘要

高血糖致偏侧舞蹈症是临床少见疾病,由于其临床表现及影像学的特异性,很多临床医师早期易误诊为脑梗死或脑出血,且导致治疗方法错误,最终影响治疗效果.所以,清楚认识高血糖致偏侧舞蹈症的临床表现、体征、实验室检查结果及发病机制可减少临床误诊、误治率,本文对此进行综述.%Hemichorea caused by hyperglycemia is a rarely seen clinical disease. Because of its specific clinical feature and iconography, many clinician misdiagnosis the disease for cerebral infarction or hemorrhage, which leads to fault therapy and influences the treatment. So, to prevent clinical misdiagosis and mistherapy, we must recognize clearly the clinical feature, result of laboratory examination and nosogenesis of hemichorea caused by hyperglycemia. In this paper, we report all the questions mentions above.
