血管性认知功能障碍研究进展

摘要

血管性认知功能障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)是指由各种血管性因素引起的不同程度认知功能障碍综合征,其发病率日益增高,但发病机制尚不明确,目前尚缺乏十分有效的治疗手段.注重认知功能障碍的早期诊断,从而为血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)的预防提供可能.本文从概念、危险因素、分型、诊断和预防等方面对VCI的研究进展做一综述.%Vascular cognitive impairment ( VCI ) refers to different degrees of cognitive dysfunction syndrome caused by all kinds of vascular factors. The incidence rates are higher, but the pathogenesis is still not clear and there is no effective treatment method. Paying attention to the early diagnosis of cognitive dysfunction, can make it possible to take precautions a-gainst vascular dementia ( VD ). This study is to sum up the development of the research in terms of concept, risk factors, classification,　diagnosis and prevention,　etc.
