Objective To compare the effects of transabdominal hysterectomy ( TAH ) and transvaginal hysterectomy ( TVH ) in postoperative pain. Methods A total of 300 patients aged from 34 ~ 58 were divided into two groups: TAH group ( aged 34 ~57 ) and TVH group ( aged 35 ~58 ). Each group included 150 cases. Degrees of postoperative pain were evaluated and compared using the VAS scoring system. Results On the operation day, no significant differences were observed in the degrees of pain between the two groups ( P ＞ 0. 05 ); on the first and the second day following the operation, degrees of pain in the TAH group were statistically higher than those of the TVH group ( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion For the patients who underwent complete hysterectomy, no difference in postoperative pain exist on the operation day between the transabdominal and transvaginal surgeries. Nevertheless, on the following days, TVH causes lower degrees of pain compared with TAH and is better for postoperative recovery.%目的 比较开腹全子宫切除术(TAH)与阴式全子宫切除术(TVH)术后疼痛程度.方法 TAH及TVH患者各150例,TAH组年龄34~57岁,TVH组年龄35~58岁,通过视觉模拟(VAS)评分法评估术后疼痛程度,对比两组患者术后的疼痛程度.结果 术后当日,TAH与TVH患者的疼痛程度间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);术后第1天及第2天,两组疼痛程度间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 全子宫切除的患者,无论采用TAH或TVH,患者术后当日的疼痛程度并无明显差异,而术后第1天TVH的疼痛程度要低于TAH,更利于术后恢复.
