计算机信息化在特大人群基线调查中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the application of computer information technology in field epidemiological investigations.Methods A set of intelligentized information system was developed, considering both the characteristics of computer information technology and requirements of field epidemiological investigation.Results Application of barcode technology in field investigations had ensured the timeliness and accuracy of data collection." Biological sample management information system" had brought efficiency, advancement and scientificity to the laboratory practice.The answer sheet technology had improved the accuracy and efficiency of data entry.The electronic Health Record ( EHR ) generated physical examination reports besides its ability to improve the efficiency and minimize mistakes during the survey.Conclusion It is suggested that modern information technology can be used in field epidemiological investigations to improve the scientificity of public health.%目的 探索计算机信息化技术在流行病学现场调查中的应用.方法 运用计算机信息化技术特点,结合流行病学现场调查科学要求,开发一整套智能化的信息系统,利用该系统完成江苏省特大人群基本信息、病毒性乙肝和结核病的基线调查.结果 通过条码技术在现场调查中的应用,保证了数据采集的及时性和准确性;利用实验室"生物样品库管理信息系统",规范了实验室的工作,使之更加高效、先进和科学;利用答题卡技术,提高了数据录入的正确率和效率;通过"居民健康信息系统",提高了现场工作的效率,减少差错率,并自动生成体检报告,给出体检意见.结论 在流行病学现场调查中合理发挥现代计算机信息化技术的优势,可提高公共卫生科技水平.
