钩藤决明方对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的 观察钩藤决明方联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效.方法 采用数字表法将96例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均以盐酸贝那普利为基础治疗药物,对照组不再加用其他药物,治疗组加用钩藤决明方,每日1剂,疗程为8周.观察两组治疗前后的血压及中医临床症状积分变化.结果 治疗组降压总有效率为89.36%,中医临床症状总有效率为93.62%;对照组降压总有效率为68.89%,中医临床症状总有效率为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 钩藤决明方联合西医抗高血压药物较单用西医抗高血压药物对肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢证高血压病患者有更好的降压疗效,并可改善临床症状.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gambir plant and cassia obtusifolia L recipe for patients with hypertension of liver - yang hyperactivity type.Methods Totally 96 patients with hypertension of liver - yang hyperactivity type were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Benazepril hydrochloride was taken as a basic treatment for both groups, and the patients in the trial group were additionally given Gambir plant and cassia obtusifolia L recipe, one dose daily for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure and clinical symptom scores of both groups were observed.Results The total efficacy rate was 89.36％ in lowering pressure and 93.62％ in clinical symptoms in the trial group, which were higher than 68.89％ and 66.67％ respectively in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Compared with anti - hypertensives alone, Gambir plant and cassia obtusifolia L recipe combined with anti - hypertensives has a better efficacy for patients with hypertension of syndrome of liver - yang hyperactivity with yin deficiency of the liver and kidney, and can improve clinical symptoms.
