社区卫生适宜技术试点区卫生工作人员培训情况及工作相关满意度调查

摘要

Objective To investigate the training and job - satisfaction status among community health workers in pilot areas of appropriate technology for community health and to provide references for promotion of appropriate technologies.Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted among community health workers in typical communities which carried out appropriate technologies, using stratified cluster sampling method.Questionnaire were handed out to collect data concerning the following aspects : backgrounds, access to training, and work - related satisfaction.Results Attending rates for TB management training carried out by local government and by staff from the appropriate technology program were low ( 38.31％ and 23.39％ ); satisfaction towards leader support ( 57.63％ ) and workload were high ( 40.00％ ), while satisfaction towards working environment was the lowest ( 6.10％ ) ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion More attention should be paid to the management of TB by both the appropriate technology project team and the local government in order to increase training opportunities for community health workers.Also, improvement needs to be made concerning the working environment of community heath workers.%目的 对社区卫生适宜技术试点区的社区卫生工作人员培训情况及工作相关满意度进行调查,为适宜技术的进一步推广应用提供参考依据.方法 采用整群抽样方法,对开展适宜技术的典型社区的社区卫生工作人员进行问卷调查,收集工作人员的基本资料、受培训情况和工作相关满意度等资料.结果 参加适宜技术项目组和当地行政部门的结核病管理的培训率较低(38.31%和23.39%);工作相关满意度方面,工作人员对上级支持(57.63%)和工作量的满意率较高(40.00%),对工作环境的满意率最低(6.10%),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 适宜技术项目组和当地行政部门应加强对结核病管理的重视,增加工作人员的培训机会;对社区卫生工作环境等方面加以改进.
