CNKI数据库2002-2011年收录文章分析:《中国全科医学》杂志对中国全科医学研究的贡献与价值

摘要

Objective To perform a bibliometric analysis of papers published in Journal of Chinese General Practice (CGP) and included in CNKI in recent 10 years to better understand the development tendency of China's general practice. Methods CGP published papers included in CNKI between 2002 and 2011 were retrieved and analyzed. Their publication year, amount of papers, subject category, funding projects, authors, institutions, download and citation frequency were calculated and recorded. Results The amount of CGP published papers included in CNKI between 2002 and 2011 was 12 212, the annual a-mount was on the rise year by year. Papers on health policy, law and regulation took up the largest proportion, total amount 1840. A total of 39 funding projects included 11 national funding projects and 28 provincial funding projects. Five hundred and forty -six papers were subsidized by 1 funding project, 46 papers were subsidized by 2 funding projects and 3 papers were subsidized by 3 funding projects. The National Science Foundation subsidized more papers than other funding projects, and the amount was 197. Key words of the papers showed that CGP mainly published papers on community health service and disease treatment and diagnosis. Papers elaborating on guideline of disease diagnosis and treatment had the highest citing and downloading frequency. The maximum citing frequency of an article was 126. Conclusion CGP has a great role in China's general practice research, providing valuable evidence of general practice development in China.%目的 统计《中国全科医学》杂志的文献资料,通过文献计量学方法对CNKI数据库近10年来收录《中国全科医学》杂志的文献进行分析,为了解中国全科医学研究领域的发展趋势提供参考.方法 在CNKI数据库中检索2002-2011年收录的《中国全科医学》杂志文献,分析文献的出版时间及文献数量、学科分类、基金资助项目、文献作者、研究机构、下载频次和被引频次.结果 CNKI数据库2002-2011年收录《中国全科医学》杂志文献的数量共12 212篇,文献数量处于逐年上升的趋势.医药卫生方针政策与法律法规研究学科分类的文献数量最多,为1 840篇.共有39个基金资助项目；其中有11个国家级基金项目,28个省级基金项目；546篇文献有1个基金资助项目,46篇文献有2个基金资助项目,3篇文献有3个基金资助项目；国家自然科学基金资助项目的文献最多,有197篇.从文献关键词可见,《中国全科医学》杂志以发表社区卫生服务、疾病治疗和诊断为主.内容为疾病诊断和治疗指南的文献被引和下载频次较高,单篇被引最多为126次.结论 《中国全科医学》杂志在中国全科医学研究领域有重要影响,可为中国全科医生了解研究领域的发展趋势提供有价值的参考数据.
