社区护士应对老年人突发公共卫生事件能力的培训效果评价

摘要

Objective To develop continuing education courses in which community care, aged care and public health are organically combined, thereby to provide a basis for establishing and improving an emergency care system responding to public health emergencies for community nurses. Methods Totally 108 nurses underwent targeted training of answering the elderly public health emergencies. A questionnaire was self - designed on basis of referring domestic and foreign literature. They were investigated by the questionnaire survey before and after the training, and then their cognitive level and processing capability to deal with the elderly public health emergencies were compared. Results After the training all the 108 nurses greatly raised their cognitive level and treating capability to deal with the elderly public health emergencies, 92. 59% (100/108) of them believed that they overcame the panic of the elderly public health emergencies, 83. 33% (90/108 ) raised their treating capability to deal with the emergencies, and 89. 81% (97/108) could primarily treat the emergencies. Compared with the conditions before training there were statistically significant differences in their theory mastery and practice level of the elderly public health emergencies ( u = - 2. 13 , P < 0. 05) , and among all the 108 nurses and nurses - in - charge had a better effect of training ( P <0. 05). Conclusion The government need to enhance the knowledge training and investment of public health, providing community nurses with a well training environment. The post training content should focused on the knowledge poorly mastered and most required in order to promote their expected roles.%目的 为开展社区护理、老年护理及公共卫生医学有机结合的继续教育课程,建立和完善社区护士对老年人突发公共卫生应急处置护理体系提供依据.方法 对108名社区护士有针对性地进行应对60岁以上老年人突发公共卫生事件相关培训,在参考国内外文献的基础上自行设计调查问卷,培训前后对该108名护士进行问卷调查,比较培训前后社区护士应急处置老年人突发公共卫生事件的认知水平及处置能力.结果 培训后该108名护士对老年人突发公共卫生事件的认知水平与处置能力得到了显著的提高,92.59% (100/108)的护士表示战胜了老年人突发公共卫生事件的恐慌心理,83.33% (90/108)的护士应急处置老年人突发公共卫生事件能力得到了较大提高,89.81%(97/108)的护士能对老年人突发公共卫生事件进行初步处理;培训前后该108名护士对老年护理理论的掌握情况和对应对处理老年人突发公共卫生事件认知水平间差异有统计学意义(u=-2.13,P<0.05);该108人中,护师及主管护师培训效果较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 政府需加强注重公共卫生知识的培训和投入,为社区护士创造良好的培训环境,岗位培训内容应侧重掌握差的知识和需求程度高的知识,以促进社区护士发挥应有功能.
