The gains and loses of rescue of 4 cardiac arrest patients in Hospital of Chongqing University of Science and Technology in recent years were summarized by reviewing field first aid of cardiopulmonary resuscitation ( CPR ) and the practical simplified flowsheet of 5 ring - joints of " chains of survival" , to deepen understanding of new concept of modern emergency medicine and make " 5E" of first - aid interlock. Medical professionals should ensure the quality of CPR, CPR education popularized in non - professionals.
