哈萨克族高血压患者心血管反应与领悟社会支持的关系研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between cardiovascular reaction and perceived social support in Kazakh hypertension patients so as to provide the theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods Totally 90 Kazakh hypertensive patients were recruited as trial group and 171 Kazaks non -hypertensive subjects as control group. The parameters of cardiovascular reactions including systolic blood pressure ( SBP ), diagnostic blood pressure ( DBP ), heart rate and saturation of pulse - blood oxygen ( SPO2 ) at baseline period, task period and recovery period were recorded. And all the subjects were guided to fill out the Perceived Social Support Seale ( PSSS ) . Results After removing the stress, both SBP and DBP in the trial group fluctuated more significantly than the control group ( P <0. 05 ). The scores of social support, friend support and family support were higher in the trial group, with a statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ). The friend support was negatively correlated with HR at baseline period and at recovery period, and positively correlated with HR, and positively correlated with HR after stressing and after removing stress. Conclusion The characteristic of cardiovascular reaction in Kazakh hypertension patients is more intensive after being mentally stressed. The friends support and family support will affect the reaction. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education in prevention and treatment of hypertension so as to improve the level of prevention and treatment.%目的 了解哈萨克族高血压患者心血管反应与领悟社会支持的关系,为临床高血压的防治提供理论依据.方法 以90例哈萨克族高血压患者为病例组,171例哈萨克族非高血压患者为对照组,测量并记录其在基线期、任务期、恢复期的心血管反应参数值[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)],指导被试填写领悟社会支持量表.结果 去除应激后,病例组的SBP、DBP波动较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).病例组的领悟社会支持、朋友支持、家庭支持得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).朋友支持与病例组的基线期HR、恢复期HR呈负相关,与应激后、去除应激后HR波动呈正相关.结论 哈萨克族高血压患者的心血管反应特点为在受到心理应激时其反应更为强烈,朋友支持、家庭支持对心血管反应产生影响;应在高血压的防治中加强宣教,提高其防治水平.
