摘要

腹膜后纤维化（ RPF）为临床罕见疾病，静脉血栓形成则是RPF更为罕见、严重的并发症。本文回顾性分析了1例以深静脉血栓形成为首发表现的RPF患者的诊疗过程，总结其临床表现、实验室检查结果、影像学表现等，并复习相关文献，旨在提高临床医师对RPF的认识，拓宽临床诊疗思路。%Veinthrombosisisarareandseriouscomplicationinretroperitonealfibrosis,whichisararediseaseinit-self in the world. We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of retroperitoneal fibrosis with venous thrombosis as the primary symptom,summarized the patient's clinical manifestations,laboratory test results and imaging find-ings,and reviewed related literatures,in order to raise the clinicians' knowledge of retroperitoneal fibrosis,and provide new ide-as of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
