乳腺癌患者放疗期间携带经外周置入中心静脉导管真实体验的质性研究

摘要

目的：探讨乳腺癌患者放疗期间携带经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）的真实感受和内心体验，为乳腺癌患者化疗选择合适的给药方式，从而为患者提供优质服务。方法采用现象学研究方法，选取2012年4-12月在我院放疗期间携带PICC的患者21例，进行半结构式深入访谈，应用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析材料。结果通过访谈归纳出5个主题，包括PICC选择及决策、 PICC留置期间患者的就医问题、患者放疗期间的担心与顾虑、 PICC留置期间是否对日常生活产生影响、整个留置过程对PICC最满意的环节及最不满意的环节。结论护理人员应结合患者自身治疗及特点选择合适的化疗给药方式，同时为患者制定系统的护理方案，以消除患者在PICC留置期间的疑虑，从而保证其治疗期间的生存质量。%ObjectiveToinvestigatetherealfeelingandinnerexperienceofbreastcancerpatientswithPICCduring radiotherapy in order to choose a suitable administration method for breast cancer patients and provide quality service for them.Methods Phenomenological research method was used in the study .21 cases of breast cancer patients with PICC in our hospital from April to December in 2012 were given semi -structured in-depth interview , and the application of Colaizzi phe-nomenology 7 step analysis was used to analyze the materials .Results Five major themes emerged through interview , including PICC tube selection and decision , medical treatment during PICC indwelling period , worries of patients during radiotherapy , in-fluence on life during PICC indwelling period and the most satisfied and unsatisfied links during PICC indwelling peri -od.Conclusion The nursing staff should choose appropriate chemotherapy based on the patients ′own features.Meanwhile, sys-tematic nursing schemes should be developed for patients in order to eliminate their doubts during PICC indwelling period and en -sure the quality of life during treatment .
