新开诊医院护士职业倦怠与工作压力、工作满意度及社会支持相关性研究

         

摘要

[目的]了解某新开诊医院护士职业倦怠水平与工作压力、工作满意度、社会支持的关系。[方法]采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷及护士工作倦怠量表、护士工作压力量表、护士工作满意度问卷及社会支持评定量表对某新开诊三级甲等医院632名护士进行调查。[结果]护士的情感衰竭维度为中度倦怠水平,去人格化维度和个人成就感维度均为高度倦怠水平。护士工作压力分值为2.60分±0.41分,处于中等水平;护士工作满意度得分为73.73分±12.61分,处于中等水平。新开诊医院护士职业倦怠与其工作压力、工作满意度及社会支持存在不同程度的关联性。[结论]新开诊医院护士工作压力、工作满意度以及社会支持是影响护士职业倦怠的主要原因。管理者关注护士的工作压力、工作满意度,提升护理专业的社会支持力度,是稳定护士队伍、降低护士离职率的重要方法。%Objective:To Study on the correlations between nurses’job burnout and job stress,job satisfaction and social support.Methods:A total of 632 nurses of a new hospital were investigated by self designed general information questionnaire,nurse job burnout scale,nurses job stress scale,nurse job satisfaction questionnaire and social support rating scale.Results:The emotional exhaustion dimension of the nurses was moderate burnout level,and the dimensions of de personality and personal accomplishment were high burnout level.The score of the nurses’job stress was 2.60±0.41,and it was in the middle level.The nurses’job satisfaction score was 73.73± 12.61,and it was also in the middle level.The nurses’job burnout had different relevance to job stress,job satis-faction and social support in new hospital.Conclusion:The nurses’job stress,job satisfaction and social support are the main influence factors on job burnout in new hospital.The managers should pay more attention on nur-ses’job stress and job satisfaction,and enhance the social support of nursing professional,so as to stabilize the nurse team and reduce the turnover rate of nurses.
