D-二聚体升高的临床意义与骨折关系分析

摘要

Objective:To analyse the clinical significance of the elevated plasma D-dimer and its relationship with fracture.Method:The plasma D-dimer concentrations were detected in 9677 patients with the D-dimer determination kit provided by Germany Siemens Company.Result:Compared with control group, the plasma D-dimer concentrations in 608 out of 9677 patients were beyond the normal reference range.Patients with fracture covered the most cases(203 cases).61 out of 203 patients with fracture showed the abnormal rise of D-dimer and had the dynamic change after the surgery.Conclusion:The detection of plasma D-dimer level is not only applied in venous thromboembolism screening and thrombolysis assessment etc,but also has a great clinical significance in thrombosis risk prediction of fracture patients.%目的：探讨血浆D-二聚体升高的临床意义及与骨折关系。方法：利用德国Siemens公司提供的D-二聚体测定试剂盒对9677例患者血浆D-二聚体进行检测。结果：9677例标本中大于本室正常参考范围的有608例，其中骨折患者最多(203例)。203例骨折患者中，61例出现术后增高并呈动态改变。结论：血浆D-二聚体检测不仅用于静脉血栓栓塞症的筛查、溶栓考核等方面，而且在骨折术前、术后血栓风险预测有重要的意义。
