手术切口感染的手术室因素以及护理干预

摘要

目的：探讨外科手术切口感染的手术室因素及其护理干预。方法：回顾性分析2009-2012年笔者所在医院普外科收治的2120例手术患者的临床资料，并将其中190例伤口感染患者(感染组)与未发生感染的患者(未感染组)进行对比，比较不同因素对伤口感染的影响。结果：手术室空气质量、器械清洁状况、人员流动状况等多项因素均可导致手术切口感染，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组患者的住院时间为(17.2±2.3)d，住院费用为(1.4±0.3)万元，未感染组患者的住院时间为(11.1±2.1)d，住院费用为(1.0±0.2)万元，未感染组患者的住院时间明显短于感染组，住院费用少于感染组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强手术室无菌管理、医务人员严格执行无菌操作流程等措施能有效的预防和降低外科手术切口的感染率。%Objective:To investigate the factors and nursing intervention operating room surgical wound infection.Method:The author’s hospital from 2009 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 2120 patients with surgery of general surgery patients,and among them,190 cases of patients with wound infection (infection group) and patients who were not affected (uninfected group) to compare the influence of different factors on wound infection.Result:Operating room air quality,the equipment clean condition,personnel flow situation a number of factors can lead to surgical incision infection(P<0.05).Infected patients of the hospital stay(17.2±2.3) days,the cost of hospitalization (1.4±0.3) million,uninfected patients hospital stay (11.1±2.1) days,the cost of hospitalization (1.0±0.2) ten thousand yuan ,uninfected patients the hospital stay was significantly shorter in the infected group,hospital costs significantly less than the infected group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the aseptic management,medical personnel strictly aseptic process measures can effectively prevent and reduce the rate of infection of the surgical incision.
