腹股沟疝患者施行充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的疗效探究

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effects of filling tension-free hernioplasty on patients with inguinal hernia.Method:From January 20,2011 to January 20,2013,48 cases with inguinal hernia were admitted to the hospital.They were treated with filling tension-free hernioplasty by using monofilament polypropylene petal-shaped mesh plugs and patches as patching materials.After the operation,a period of 3 months to 2 years of follow-up was conducted. Result:The 48 patients could get out of bed and do simple activities within 24 hours after the treatment.There were only 3 cases of patients suffered from complications,respectively,mild infection,scrotum hematoma and hydrocele.After corresponding treatment,they were cured and discharged from the hospital. During the period of follow-up,no patient with recurrence was found.Conclusion:Filling tension-free hernioplasty has great clinical effects on patients with inguinal hernia.With advantages like easy handling,low requirements and low reoccurence rate,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is thus worthy of generalization in clinical practice.%目的：探讨对腹股沟疝患者施行充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的疗效。方法：选取2011年1月20日-2013年1月20日笔者所在医院收治的48例腹股沟疝患者，采用医用聚丙烯花瓣状网塞和补片作为修补材料进行充填式无张力疝修补术治疗，术后进行为期3个月~2年的随访。结果：本组48例患者经过充填式无张力疝修补术治疗后24 h内均可下床进行简单的活动，3例患者出现相关并发症，其中1例患者出现伤口轻度感染，1例患者出现阴囊血肿，1例患者出现阴囊水肿，且在相关治疗下治愈后出院。并在为期3个月~2年的随访过程中未发现复发患者。结论：对腹股沟疝患者施行充填式无张力疝修补术疗效良好，且手术操作简单，技术要求不高，术后患者恢复快且复发率低，能够有效地提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上广泛推广。
