临床护理干预路径在慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To study the application effect of clinical nursing path in the chronic obstructive emphysema.Method:Selected 100 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema as the research object,they were the department of respiratory medicine from September 2012 to September 2013,adopting digital table extraction method randomized,conventional nursing(control group,n=50) with the use of clinical nursing path(observation group,n=50) effect comparison. Result:The nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness of the observation group were higher than the control group,the average hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time were less than the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path in chronic obstructive emphysema,can significantly improve the quality of nursing,speed up the disease,reduce medical costs,has a very positive application value.%目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺气肿应用临床护理干预路径护理效果。方法：本次共选择100例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者作为研究对象，均为2012年9月-2013年9月笔者所在医院呼吸内科收治的患者，采用数字表抽取法分组，就常规护理(对照组，n=50)与运用临床护理干预路径(观察组，n=50)效果进行比较。结果：观察组经统计示护理满意度、健康知识知晓率均高于对照组，住院所需费用及平均住院时间均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中应用临床护理干预路径，可显著提高护理质量，加快病情康复，减少医疗费用，具有非常积极的应用价值。
