慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者1例临床药学实践

摘要

This article on 1 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical drug studies,analysis of clinical pharmacists play a clinical role in clinical treatment as well as help effect on clinical treatment of patients.The main method is that clinical pharmacists and clinicians through a comprehensive understanding of the patient’s clinical symptoms,medical history,medication history,and so,depending on the patient’s situation for the patient treatment plan,and establish a medication for patients,provide appropriate pharmaceutical care and health education programmes,during clinical treatment and observation of patients with adverse drug reactions and make reasonable adjustments to medication.Through participation in treatment of patients with clinical pharmacists,patient medication guide for science,effectively avoids the risk of drug use,increased rationality of clinical medication.Therefore,pharmacists, through participation in clinical treatment of patients,to guide the drug,effectively raising the level of clinical treatment.%本文对1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床用药进行研究，分析临床药师在临床治疗中发挥的临床作用及对患者临床治疗的帮助效果。主要方法是，临床药师与临床医师通过全面的了解患者的临床症状、病史及用药史等，进而根据患者的实际情况为患者制定治疗方案，并为患者建立药历，提供合理的药学服务和健康教育计划，在临床治疗期间，观察患者用药的不良反应，并且对用药进行合理的调整。通过临床药师参与对患者的治疗，对患者进行科学的用药指导，有效的避免了用药的风险，提高了临床用药的合理性。因此，药师通过参与对患者的临床治疗，对用药进行指导，能够有效的提高临床治疗水平。
