多层螺旋CT靶扫描对周围型小肺癌的诊断价值

摘要

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断周围型小肺癌中的应用.方法:收治周围型小肺癌患者30例,对其进行多层螺旋 CT 扫描和靶病灶薄层扫描,对周围型小肺癌分叶征、血管穿过征、血管集束征、毛刺征、支气管气相、空泡征、胸膜凹陷征、晕征等征象进行分析.结果:分叶征、短毛刺征、支气管气相、空泡征、血管集束征的检出率提高.结论:多层螺旋CT靶扫描对周围型小肺癌征象的显示较佳,对周围型小肺癌的临床诊断提供重要的依据.%Objective:To explore the application of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.Methods:30 patients with peripheral small lung cancer were selected.They were given multi slice spiral CT scan and target lesion thin layer scanning.The lobulation sign,blood vessels passing sign,blood vessel set sign,spicule sign,bronchial gas phase,vacuole sign, pleural indentation sign,halo sign and other signs of peripheral small lung cancer were analyzed.Results:The detectable rates of lobulation sign,short spicule sign,bronchiole gas phase,bubble sign and blood vessel set sign were improved.Conclusion:The multi slice spiral CT targeted scan has a better show for peripheral small lung cancer signs,provides an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer.
