小切口阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果对比

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of small incision appendectomy and conventional appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:80 patients with acute appendicitis were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given small incision appendectomy treatment.The control group was given conventional appendectomy treatment.The surgical incision length,operative time,hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical incision length of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operative time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complication cases of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of acute appendicitis,the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy is better than that of conventional appendectomy.%目的：探讨小切口阑尾切除术与传统阑尾炎切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法：将80例急性阑尾炎患者分为试验组和对照组，试验组给予小切口阑尾切除术治疗，对照组给予传统阑尾切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术切口长度、手术时间、住院时间以及术后并发症。结果：试验组手术切口长度明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)，试验组手术时间、术后住院时间和术后并发症例数均少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对于急性阑尾炎的治疗，小切口阑尾切除术的临床效果要明显优于传统阑尾炎切除术。
