临床护士在工作中的危险因素和安全防护

摘要

目的：探讨临床护士在日常护理工作中的危险因素及安全防护措施。方法：通过临床观察和分析，认识到临床护士在工作中长期受生物因素、化学因素、机械损伤等因素的影响，采用了加强管理，避免生物污染、化学污染，防止机械损伤等一系列防范措施。结果：增强了临床护士在工作中的自我防护意识，护士的健康状况有了很大的提高。结论：了解临床职业危险因素，增强防护意识，加强护理安全教育，做好日常防护，可有效减少或杜绝职业危险因素对护士的伤害，有利于护士的身心健康。%Objective:To investigate the risk factors and safety protection measures of clinical nurses in the daily nursing work. Methods:Through clinical observation and analysis,to realize the influence factors of biological factors,chemical factors, mechanical damage and other factors in the long-term work of clinical nurses,we took the strengthen management,avoid biological pollution and chemical pollution,prevent mechanical damage and a series of preventive measures.Results:Enhance the self protection awareness of clinical nurses in the work,and the health status had been improved greatly.Conclusion:To understand the clinical occupational risk factors,enhance the protection awareness,strengthen the nursing safety education,make the daily protection,that can effectively reduce or eliminate the occupational risk factors to the nurses,it is conducive to the physical and mental health of nurses.
