中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果研究

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:52 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.We compared the clinical effect of western medicine and Chinese medicine.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency of 96.2% was significantly higher than 73.1% of the control group;the negative rate of helicobacter pylori with 92.3% was significantly higher than 76.9% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer was significant.It can significantly improve the helicobacter pylori negative rate,and it was safe and effective.%目的：探讨中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：收治消化道溃疡患者52例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，比较西医治疗和中医治疗的临床效果。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率96.2%、显著高于对照组的73.1%；治疗组幽门螺杆菌转阴率92.3%，显著高于对照组的76.9%(P＜0.05)。结论：中医治疗消化性溃疡具有显著的临床效果，能够显著提高幽门螺杆菌转阴率，安全有效。
