解毒通络调肝方对2型糖尿病大鼠体重及血糖的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the influence of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Fang for body weight and blood sugar in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:Spontaneous type 2 diabetic ZDF rats as the research object,55 healthy male ZDF rats were randomly divided into five groups:the model control group,the metformin group,Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Fang with the small dose group,the middle dose group,the large dose group,ZL rats as the blank control group.The blank control group and the model control group were treated with normal saline,and the other groups were perfused with the corresponding drugs.The dynamic observation of rat weight and blood glucose changes after sampling.Results:The body weight of ZL rats and ZDF rats was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the glycosylated serum protein in ZDF group was significantly different from normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The weight of ZDF rat can controlled by the large dose group of Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Fang,the effect of the middle dose group can control blood glucose,and the effect is better than that of the western medicine group.%目的：观察解毒通络调肝方对2型糖尿病模型大鼠体重及血糖的影响。方法：以自发性2型糖尿病ZDF大鼠为研究对象，将55只健康雄性 ZDF 大鼠随机分为5组：模型对照组、盐酸二甲双胍组及解毒通络调肝方小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组；ZL大鼠为空白对照组。空白对照组与模型对照组使用生理盐水灌胃，其余各组使用相应药物灌胃，动态观察大鼠体重，并于取材后观察血糖变化。结果：各组 ZDF 大鼠与 ZL 大鼠体重差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，ZDF 各组大鼠糖化血清蛋白与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：解毒通络调肝方大剂量组对ZDF大鼠的体重有控制作用，中剂量组有良好的控制血糖作用，其降糖作用效果优于西药组。
