目的：分析血管外显微手术及血管内介入栓塞治疗颅内前循环破裂动脉瘤的疗效与并发症。方法：收治颅内前循环破裂动脉瘤患者86例，随机分为两组，对照组43例行血管外显微手术治疗，观察组43例行血管内介入栓塞治疗，观察两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果：观察组恢复良好率83.72%比对照组的69.77%高，且偏瘫发生率6.98%比对照组的20.93%低(P＜0.05)。结论：血管外显微手术与血管内介入栓塞治疗颅内前循环破裂动脉瘤均可取得良好效果，且并发症均较少。%Objective:To analyze the curative effect and complications of extravascular microsurgery operation and endovascular interventional embolization of ruptured intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms.Methods:86 patients with ruptured intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 43 cases with extravascular microsurgery operation,and the observation group of 43 cases underwent endovascular interventional embolization treatment,then we observed the therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups.Results:The recovery rate of the observation group of 83.72% was higher than the control group of 69.77%,and the incidence of hemiplegia of 6.98% was lower than that of the control group of 20.93% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Extravascular microsurgery operation and endovascular interventional embolization of ruptured intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms can achieve good effect and less complications.
