针刀微创治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of needle-knife minimally invasive in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:400 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 200 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given needle-knife minimally invasive therapy,while in the control group were given acupuncture therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 78% ,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy has good clinical curative effect.%目的：探讨针刀微创治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法：收治神经根型颈椎病患者400例。随机分为观察组和对照组各200例，观察组予针刀治疗，对照组采用针灸治疗。结果：观察组总有效率94.5%，高于对照组的78%(P＜0.05)。结论：针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好的临床疗效。
