孟鲁司特对肺炎支原体感染哮喘儿尿白三烯E4水平的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨孟鲁司特对肺炎支原体感染哮喘儿尿白三烯E4(LTE4)水平的影响。方法：收治肺炎支原体感染的哮喘患儿，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组尿LTE4水平、咳嗽消失时间和喘憋消失时间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特可以改善肺炎支原体感染哮喘儿体内白三烯E4水平，改善患者咳嗽和喘憋症状。%Objective:To explore the effect of montelukast on urinary leukotriene E4 level(LTE4) of asthmatic children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:Children with asthma and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The study group added montelukast on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment, there were significant differences in the level of urinary LTE4,and the disappearance time of cough and the disappearance time of wheezing of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast can improve the level of leukotriene E4 of asthmatic children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,improve the patient's symptoms of cough and asthma.
