干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎180例疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：收治毛细支气管炎患儿180例，随机分为干预组与对照组，干预组采用干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗，对照组采用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在干预组，总有效率明显高于对照组，临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of interferon combined with ambroxol aerosol inhalation treatment for infantile bronchiolitis.Methods:180 cases of children with bronchiolitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was treated by interferon combined with ambroxol aerosol inhalation.The control group was treated by ambroxol aerosol inhalation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of interferon combined with ambroxol aerosol inhalation treatment for infantile bronchiolitis was significant.
