激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect of laser photocoagulation combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:84 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each.The control group was given laser photocoagulation treatment.The observation group was given calcium dobesilate on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vision improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the bleeding,edema and exudation absorption time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser photocoagulation combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve the retina condition of patients,and improve the vision.%目的：观察激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法：收治糖尿病视网膜病变患者84例，随机分为对照组和观察组各42例，对照组给予激光光凝治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组视力提高优于对照组，出血、水肿及渗出吸收时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：激光光凝联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病可明显改善患者的视网膜状况，提高视力。
