蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗死35例疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of ahylysantinfarctase in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:35 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were given ahylysantinfarctase treatment.Results:10 cases were cured(28.6%);15 cases had significant progress(42.8%);5 cases were effective(14.3%).The total effective rate was 85.7%.After one course of treatment,3 cases of patients had mild thrombocytopenia,with no bleeding and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:Ahylysantinfarctase in the treatment of cerebral infarction had better curative effect and less adverse reaction.%目的：探讨蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法：收治脑梗死患者35例，给予蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗。结果：基本痊愈10例(28.6%)，显著进步15例(42.8%)，有效5例(14.3%)。总有效率85.7%。治疗1个疗程后，血小板轻度下降3例，无出血现象和其他不良反应。结论：蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗死药物疗效较好，不良反应少。
