子宫动脉栓塞联合甲氨蝶呤治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析子宫动脉栓塞联合甲氨蝶呤治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效。方法：收治子宫瘢痕妊娠患者106例，分两组。对照组给予子宫动脉栓塞，观察组在子宫动脉栓塞基础上联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察用药后效果。结果：观察组的心肌肌钙蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组 ST 段回落＞50%所占比例明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：子宫动脉栓塞联合甲氨蝶呤的疗效确切，较少出现出血和心血管不良事件的情况。%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization combined with methotrexate in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods:106 patients with uterine scar pregnancy were selected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given uterine artery embolization,and patients in the observation group were treated with combined methotrexate therapy on the basis of uterine artery embolization.The effect was observed after using the medicine.Results:The cardiac troponin levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group ST segmentresolution>50% the proportion was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization combined with methotrexate is effective,with less bleeding and adverse cardiovascular events.
