社区护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量及依从性的影响分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing on quality of life and compliance of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:110 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given community care intervention.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the compliance and quality of life were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes,and improve patient compliance.%目的：探讨社区护理干预对老年糖尿病患者生活质量与依从性的影响。方法：收治老年糖尿病患者110例，随机分成对照组和研究组，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用社区护理干预，比较两组效果。结果：研究组的依从性和生活质量明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：社区护理干预能有效改善老年糖尿病患者的生活质量，提高患者依从性。
