目的：探讨人工流产术后即时放置含吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器与活性 r 型宫内节育器的价值与效果。方法：收治人工流产术并节育患者100例，根据节育器的不同分为观察组与对照组，各50例，分别放置含吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器以及活性r型宫内节育器，比较两组患者放置1年后的妊娠率、脱落率、续用率以及不良反应。结果：观察组中4例，对照组6例弃用节育器。观察组不良反应发生率14%，明显低于对照组的30%(P＜0.05)。结论：含吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器与活性r型宫内节育器都有很好的节育效果，值得适龄妇女使用。%Objective:To explore the value and effect of indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device immediately after artificial abortion.Methods:100 patients with artificial abortion and birth control were selected.According to the different intrauterine device,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.They were given indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device.The pregnancy rate,expulsion rate and continuation rate and adverse reaction after 1 year were compared between groups.Results:4 patients abandoned intrauterine device in the observation group,6 cases in the control group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14%,which was significantly lower than 30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indomethacin fixed intrauterine device and active r type intrauterine device all have good contraceptive effect,and it worthy for women.
