Background and Objective Elevated serum levels of lipoprotein(Lp[a]) has recently been proposed as a marker of cardiovascular risk.We aimed to determine the role of Lp(a) on long-term clinical outcomes in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
