Prognostic significance of LGE in children and adolescents with DCM

Objective Late Gadolinium enhancement (LGE) detected by cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) can be used as a predictor of adverse outcome in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) patients. We aim to investigate the clinical and prognostic significance of LGE in children and adolescents with DCM by comparing the young patients with and without LGE.
