Background Adjunct RCP to DHCA ensures some extent uninterrupted cerebral perfusion and that promotes one-stage repair of complex aortic arch anomaly.One-stage repair may induce longer myocardial ischemic time.So there evolved cerebral-myocardial perfusion to reduce myocardial ischemic time.Methods We reviewed 78 patients from January 2010 to July 2017 in our center.
