Prognostic importance of cognitive impairment in heart failure patients

Background Cognitive impairment is common among chronic heart failure(HF)patients.The prognostic implications of cognitive impairment in HF patients have not been investigated before.We undertook a prospective registry study to evaluate the association between Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score and 1-year outcomes of HF patients.
