国内卤水脱SO42-的方法主要有冷冻法、BaCl2法、离子交换法以及SRS新技术等。各有自身难以克服的缺点,本文以氯碱工业的废弃物电石灰浆作脱除剂结合本公司的实际情况来脱除SO42-,着重探讨了电石灰浆用量对脱除效果的影响及实施过程的安全性分析,取得了较为理想的效果,可以类似环境中参考使用。%The main methods to remove SO42-from brine are Freezing, BaCl2 method , ion-exchange method and SRS technology and etc. in our country. All these methods have hard overcome disadvantages. This paper takes the waste carbide mortar from the chlor-alkali industry as the prolapse agent and removes SO42-according to the actual situation of our company. This paper focus on influence of the carbide mortar dosage on removal effect and the safety feasibility analysis in the operation process. We achieve ideal effect and which is of reference to the similar enviroment.
