浅议水利水电工程项目管理模式选择的基本思路

摘要

对水资源进行一系列的开发过程当中，往往会面临很多不确定风险因素，因此，项目开展时应强化风险管理意识，借助有所区别的项目管理模式开展整个项目的建设以及施工等，对于项目建设过程当中可能会出现的一系列风险应及时加以规避控制。%A series of development process on water resources may suffer from many uncertain risk factors frequently. Therefore,risk management awareness should be strengthened during project development.The whole project can be conducted and constructed by the aid of slightly different project management mode.A series of possible risks during the project construction process should be timely avoided and controlled.
