香炉山钨矿中深孔爆破参数优化研究

摘要

针对香炉山钨矿西部矿段采用预切顶中深孔房柱法进行采场回采,对采场切割槽及矿房崩矿进行了爆破参数优化,应用正交试验法对排距、孔底距等影响爆破效果的主要参数进行优选,确定了合理的中深孔凿岩爆破参数,降低了爆破大块率,提高了采装运效率,降低了矿石成本,使矿山获得显著的经济效益.%This paper studies the blasting parameters optimization process in the stope cutting groove and room caving mining in the western section of Xianglushan Tungsten Mine based on its pre-cut top medium-depth hole room and pillar method. Reasonable drilling and blasting parameters for medium -depth hole blasting are determined by optimizing the major parameters affecting blasting effects including line spacing and hole-bottom spacing using orthogonal experiments. This technology reduces the production cost by reducing lumpy block ratio, improving mining, load and transport efficiency.
