PAN基碳纤维生产成本分析及控制措施

摘要

本文以年产百吨级聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产为例，剖析了碳纤维生产成本的构成，分析了碳纤维生产成本现状，并从规模化生产、工艺改进和资源的综合利用等方面提供碳纤维生产成本的控制措施。%Based on PAN carbon fiber production line with annual output of hundred tons, the paper analyzed the composition of the carbon fiber production cost and the main cost factors of carbon fiber production. It suggested that the production cost should be controlled from large-scale production, process improvement and comprehensive utilization of resources.
