我国双针床经编技术及产品最新进展

摘要

The paper first points out the developments of double needle bar warp knitting technology in China in terms of advanced precise machine technology, digital production technology, fashioned processing and three-dimensional fabric structure. Then it introduces ten categories of the latest double-needle bar knitted products for three application ifelds: clothing, decoration and industry. It elaborates the product innovation brought by the development of double needle bar warp-knitting technology. After that it puts forward the future development direction of intelligent and green double needle bar production and personalized, functional and intelligent double needle bar products. Finally it points out that double needle bar warp-knitting technology needs to further discover its potential, integrate with other modern technologies and provide future-oriented innovative products.%双针床经编技术是一项产品范围广、变化能力大、织物结构可塑性强的针织技术。本文首先指出了我国双针床经编在机器技术高精化、生产技术数字化、产品加工成形化和织物结构立体化4个方面的技术发展；接着通过服装、装饰和产业三大应用领域的十大类最新双针床产品的介绍，阐述了双针床经编技术发展带来的产品创新；随后提出了双针床生产的智能化和绿色化以及双针床产品的个性化、功能化和智能化的未来发展方向；最后指出双针床经编技术有待进一步发挥潜力，与其他现代技术融合，提供面向未来的创新产品。
