Polyurethane foam insulation material has special properties and obvious advantages,which are applied in building insulation. External insulation materials should have good flame resistance to improve the properties of fire safety of the buildingl. The author summarized the development of polyurethane foam materials,which are halogen-free, low smoke, non-toxic. In the future,the development direct of polyurethane foam materials should turn to meet market demand, fire safety, ease of construction, low cost, cost-effective.%聚氨酯(PU)硬泡材料具有独特的隔热保温性能,在建筑保温的应用中有明显的优越性.外墙保温材料需要有良好的阻燃性,以提高建筑的防火安全.综述了无卤、低烟、无毒的阻燃PU硬泡材料研究进展,开发适应市场需求、安全防火、易施工、成本低、性价比高的PU硬泡产品是今后的发展方向.
