可冲散性湿法-水刺非织造布湿巾性能分析及设计要点

         

摘要

In order to develop new flushable wetlaid-spunlace nonwovens,four kinds of commercial flushable wetlaid-spunlace nonwoven were choosen for testing the strength,box disintegration,sink speed and biodisintegration.Samples 1# and 2# were the foreign products and samples 3# and 4# were made in China.Sample 1# contained 80% pulp and 20% cellulose fiber(Tencel) by mass fraction,sample 2# contained 70% pulp,28% Tencel and 2%polyethylene/polypropylene composite fiber by mass frac-tion when samples 3# and 4# contained 60% pulp and 40% Tencel by mass fraction.The results showed that samples 1# and 2# had higher strength and lower thickness than samples 3# and 4#; samples 1#,2#,3# and 4# exhibited the sink speed of 1.29, 0.99,1.05,1.07 cm/s,respectively;samples 1#,2#,3# and 4# had the box disintegration over 25% in 3 h;samples 3# and 4# had the box disintegration higher than samples 1# and 2#;samples 1#,2#,3# and 4# had the biodisintegration up to 100%.It was suggested that the strength of the products should be properly enhanced with the satisfied flushability in the product design.%为开发新的可冲散湿巾用非织造布,选取4种商业化湿法-水刺非织造布可冲散湿巾,1#,2#试样为国外产品,3#,4#为国内产品,其中1#试样含有木浆质量分数为80%,纤维素纤维 Tencel(天丝)质量分数为20%;2#试样含有木浆质量分数为70%,天丝质量分数为28%,聚乙烯/聚丙烯复合纤维质量分数为2%;3#, 4#试样含有木浆质量分数为60%,天丝质量分数为40%,对这4种产品的强度、机械振荡溃烂、沉降速度、生物降解溃烂进行测试.结果表明:1#,2#试样的强度、厚度比3#,4#的强度高,厚度小,1#,2#,3#,4#试样的沉降速度分别为1.29,0.99,1.05,1.07 cm/s;1#,2#,3#,4#试样在标准3 h内,机械振荡溃烂率均超过25%,其中3#,4#试样的机械振荡溃烂性强于1#,2#试样;1#,2#,3#,4#试样的生物溃烂率均达100%;建议产品设计时,在满足可冲散性要求的同时,适当提高产品的强度.
