This paper ,which addressed the status quo of China’s public sport institutional sup‐ply through literature review and policy‐analysis ,found out that there exist the following pre‐dicaments in the current administration :the lack of top‐level design ,the deflection in demand orientation ,and the weakness in multivariate cooperation .The study revealed that there is an i‐somorphic relationship between the institutional construction of public sport service and the transformation in the pattern of national governance ,which is mainly represented in the govern‐ment’s use of a new fashion in dealing with the relationship between sports and the develop‐ment of the economy and society as well as in tackling the structural problems regarding justice and efficiency within the sport systems in its pursuit of maximizing public interests and amelio‐rating sport administration .For this purpose ,the institutional renovation in public sport service ought to set its value orientation in terms of both conception and practice while following the principle of suiting tasks to patterns in combining and restructuring the accessible sport‐gov‐ernance resources concerning government ,market and society so as to accelerate institutional renovation in government ,engage market and sport social organizations in the public sport service supply and establish a governance mechanism via multivariate cooperation .%利用文献资料调研和政策分析法等研究方法分析了我国公共体育服务制度供给的现状，并指出其存在顶层设计欠缺、需求导向偏离以及多元协同乏力等治理困境。研究发现，我国公共体育服务的制度建构与国家治理方式的变革有着一定同构关系，其突出表现是政府在追求公共利益最大化和改善体育治理绩效的过程中，以新的治理范式处理体育系统与经济社会发展之间的关系，解决体育系统内部公平与效率等结构性问题。为此，公共体育服务的制度创新应从理念和实践层面确立相应的价值导向，并根据治理任务与治理模式匹配的原则，对政府、市场和社会等可供选择的体育治理资源进行组合与重构，加快推进政府制度创新，引导市场和体育社会组织参与公共体育服务供给，构建多元协同的治理机制。
