添加剂对阴离子双子表面活性剂溶液耐温增黏性的影响研究

         

摘要

To solve the problem of reservoir damage and poor temperature stability of conventional viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid, in this paper, the effects of concentration of anionic gemini surfactant (CS-12), inorganic salt, organic alcohol, anionic surfactants, nanoparticles and additive compound on the temperature resistance and viscosity increase of their solution were studied systematically using MCR301 interface rheometer.The results showed that the viscosity of CS-12 solution increases with the increase of its concentration at a shear rate of 170s-1 and a temperature of 90℃, and the solution viscosity increased rapidly when the CS-12 concentration≥5%.The different types of additives of inorganic salts, organic alcohols and anionic surfactants can increase the solution viscosity at a specific concentration, and 1.5%KCl showed the best effect on solution thickening.Moreover, 0.5% N-dodecanol in combination with 0.5% KCl compound had a significant thickening effect on the solution, but had no effect with SDS.The four kinds of nanoparticles have no high-temperature tackifying effect on the CS-12-complex system with a concentration range of 0.01%-0.07%, but some of the nanoparticles have a certain extent of thickening effect on the CS-12 solution with a concentration of 5%.%针对常规黏弹性表面活性剂压裂液存在储层伤害、高温稳定性欠佳等问题,使用MCR301界面流变仪,系统研究了性能优良的阴离子双子表面活性剂(CS-12)的质量分数、无机盐、有机醇、常规表面活性剂、纳米粒子及添加剂复配对其溶液耐温增黏性的影响.结果表明,在温度为90℃、剪切速率为170s-1的条件下,质量分数增大,CS-12溶液黏度增大,CS-12质量分数≥5%后,溶液黏度快速上升;无机盐、有机醇及阴离子表面活性剂中不同种类添加剂在特定质量分数下可使溶液黏度增加,且1.5%KCl增黏效果最佳;0.5%正己醇与0.5%KCl复配对溶液有明显增黏效果,而与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配时没有效果;4种纳米粒子在0.01%~0.07%质量分数下对CS-12复配体系均没有高温增黏效果,但部分纳米粒子对5%CS-12溶液有较好的增黏作用.
