Transportation is a key factor for the development of coastal economic zone.According to the characteristics and the evaluations of the transportation system of economic zone,the evaluation of transport superiority indicator was conducted in this paper, , in which the relationships between transportation system and the expansion of the zone were investigated by using coastal economic zone as a sample.The coastal economic zone is within a highly efficient and well developed transportation network and there is a tighter coupling between its expansion and the transportation system.The transportation system has an important influence on the spatial distribution, the expansion direction and the expansion intensity of the economic zone.Moreover, the harbor-center Land-Sea Combined Transport System has the most prominent influence on the development of coastal economic zone.Consequently, according to the results, it was recommended that when planning the zone, the construction of the transportation system should be considered.All factors should be included during the planning and forecasting.%以大连、营口、天津、青岛、宁波、温州、厦门、广州、惠州9个沿海经济技术开发区为研究样本,结合经济园区的交通运输体系特点,构建了经济园区的交通优势度评价指标体系并对9个经济园区的交通优势度进行了评价,在此基础上分析了经济园区交通运输体系与园区空间扩张的关联关系.结果表明,沿海经济园区处于较高效、发达的交通运输网络中,交通运输体系与空间扩张具有较高耦合性;园区的空间布局、扩张方向和扩张强度等均受交通运输体系影响,尤其以港口为中心的海陆联运体系对沿海经济园区发展的影响最为突出.园区建设应充分重视其交通运输体系的构建与完善,同时在充分考虑园区交通网络的前提下,进行合理的空间规划.
