试析四川省科技资源配置与成果转化

摘要

Based on comparison of the scientific&technological agencies, the staff, the resources input, achievement output, and achievements transformation and so on;analyzing the status quo of the scientific&technological achievements transformation;putting forward the problems in the process of scientific&technological achievements transformation, and finally advancing the countermeasures about promoting scientific&technological achievements transformation in Sichuan province.%　　要：基于对四川省科技活动机构、科技人员状况、科技人力资源与活动经费的投入、科技成果产出以及科技成果转化等方面的统计比较，分析四川省科技成果转化的现状，指出四川省科技成果转化过程中的问题，并提出相应的对策和建议。
