Study and Development suggestions on Full Loaded Shuttle Traffic of Bulk Freight Transport

摘要

Full loaded shuttle traffic is a balanced transport concept,and an effective approach for railways to reduce turnround of trains and improve transport efficiency.It is based on the pith of system theory,aims at overall efficiency maximization of transport system,and makes united plan on the basis of giving comprehensive consideration to resource allocation and development planning of the whole sector.In this way,it reflects the ideas of lean management and innovates the concept of transport organization.
